General Swimming Pool Rules
- Entry to the swimming pool area is permitted only with a valid wristband purchased at the swimming pool’s ticket office and worn on the wrist. Visitors without a wristband may be removed from the swimming pool area. Visitors are responsible for any damage to their wristband. For inspection purposes, visitors must retain proof of purchase and present it upon request by a lifeguard or personnel authorized by the swimming pool operator.
- Entry to the swimming pool is permitted only for healthy individuals. Persons suffering from communicable diseases, those with visibly neglected personal hygiene, or those under the influence of intoxicating substances are prohibited from entering the pool, wellness area, and waterslide.
- Visitors to the swimming pool must follow the instructions of lifeguards, the swimming pool manager, and staff, and comply with the swimming pool’s operating regulations.
- Visitors must wear decent and clean swimwear and must not violate principles of morality and decency with their behavior.
- Visitors must observe personal hygiene rules.
- The swimming pool can be visited daily during the summer season (weather permitting) within its operating hours.
- Visitors must leave the pool no later than 15 minutes before the swimming pool’s closing time, or upon instruction from a lifeguard or swimming pool employee.
- When the swimming pool reaches full capacity, the swimming pool manager will order the closure of entry and the suspension of ticket sales. This will be announced to visitors at the ticket office, and a notice indicating full capacity will be posted.
- Child visitors must undergo a height check before purchasing a ticket to determine the admission price and eligibility for discounted entry to the swimming pool.
- Any visitor wishing to claim a discounted ticket must present a credible and relevant document confirming their entitlement to such a discount. If they cannot present such a document, or refuse to do so, the full admission price will be charged.
- Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or an adult aged 18 or older.
- Toddlers and non-swimming children must use life vests, inflatable rings, armbands, or other safety swimming aids.
- Children up to 3 years old must wear swimwear with tight elastic leg openings or a waterproof swimming diaper when entering the pool.
- Non-swimmers may only use the areas designated for non-swimmers.
- Before entering the pools, wellness area, and waterslides, all visitors must shower when passing through the footbath.
- All visitors must take care of the swimming pool facilities, avoid wasting water, and use showers only for the necessary duration.
- Visitors must maintain cleanliness and not litter the swimming pool area; trash belongs in waste bins.
- Respect the swimming ban if the pool water does not meet the required quality standards.
- Visitors are obliged to fully compensate the operator for any damage or loss caused to the swimming pool facilities.
- Visitors will be expelled from the swimming pool without a refund if they seriously violate the operating rules, repeatedly disregard instructions from responsible swimming pool staff, or behave inappropriately and disruptively towards others.
- Any injury sustained by a visitor must be reported to a lifeguard. The lifeguard will provide first aid and arrange for necessary procedures as required.
- The swimming pool operator is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by a visitor’s own carelessness, non-compliance with operating rules, or disregard for instructions from lifeguards or other operator staff.
- The swimming pool operator is not liable for the loss of valuables, money, or documents brought into the swimming pool area.
- The swimming pool operator reserves the right to adjust opening and closing times due to unfavorable weather conditions or technical reasons.
- Anyone exhibiting indecent and disruptive behavior, despite being warned by a responsible staff member, will be expelled from the swimming pool.
- Found items in the swimming pool area must be handed over to the manager, who will record them in the lost and found register.
- Suggestions or complaints regarding the swimming pool’s operation or staff should be recorded in the suggestions and complaints book, available at the entrance reception.
- Exceptional and unlisted cases not covered by these operating rules will be resolved according to the decision and instructions of the swimming pool manager.
Prohibited:
- Entering the water under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances, thereby endangering one’s own safety and the safety of other visitors;
- Entry to the swimming pool for persons suffering from infectious diseases, skin diseases, or other conditions for which a visit to the swimming pool is unsuitable for hygienic reasons;
- Behaving loudly, inappropriately, and endangering personal safety, as well as the safety of other swimming pool visitors;
- Leaving a child unattended by an accompanying person;
- Smoking outside designated smoking areas, e.g., in changing rooms, etc.;
- Swimming in clothing unsuitable for swimming, including underwear;
- Smoking and eating in and around the pool, or entering beyond the footbath with food and drinks;
- Bringing personal sunbeds into the swimming pool area;
- Bringing any animals into the swimming pool area;
- Using diving equipment such as snorkels, diving masks, and fins in the pool, as well as bulky items like inflatables, etc., or playing in the pool with items that could endanger the safety of other visitors;
- Spitting into pools, on floors, around the area, urinating, or otherwise polluting the pools and swimming pool area;
- Discarding glass objects, bottles, glasses, vials, etc., outside of waste bins within the area;
- Damaging greenery, information, announcement, and prohibition signs, benches, waste containers, children’s attractions, sanitary facilities, fences, gates, showers, lighting, etc.;
- Staying in the pools and wellness area outside their operating hours;
- Passing to the pools through footbaths while wearing clothes and shoes;
- Jumping into the pool outside designated areas;
- Running in or around the pools, as well as on pathways and areas designated for visitors’ rest and sunbathing;
- Entering the pools, wellness area, and waterslide with any food (including ice cream, chewing gum, candies, etc.) or drinks (especially not with glass cups and bottles);
- Calling for help without reason;
- Polluting the water and other areas of the facility;
- Playing ball games outside designated areas;
- Entering and parking motor vehicles outside designated roads and parking areas;
- Disposing of waste outside waste bins;
- Causing public disturbance (e.g., by nudism, drunkenness, hooliganism, etc.).
